Follow these simple steps to get your NuNet backup service working immediately.

1. When the "File Download" window appears, select the "Run", or "Open" option and click OK.

2. The next screen may prompt you with a "Security Warning".  Click "Yes" or "Run" to proceed with the download and installation of the software.

The software is then downloaded to your computer for installation.  The download time will depend on the speed of your internet connection.  On most high speed networks, this will take less than one minute.  Slower dial-up connections will take longer.

3. Once the download is complete, the software installation will begin. Select your preferred language from the list that appears and continue installing the software. Note: We recommend that you accept all the default settings unless you need to change to the installation path. Once the installation is done, you should notice a new icon on your desktop and in your system tray.

Congratulations! Your new online backup solution is ready to start protecting your data.  Although no further configuration is required, for the base install. You will need to double click the icon to configure the program settings and select what files and directories you wish to start backing up. As a result of your signup, you will receive an email with step by step instructions for building a backup schedule and selecting files to back up.
